Chef Panagiotis Tsoukatos believes in home-cooking and letting great ingredients shine – and that’s a philosophy we can whole heartedly get on board with.
It’s all about farm-to-table dining. The restaurant combines traditional Greek cuisine with modern techniques to deliver rich Med flavours on beautifully prepared plates. Absolutely everything is delicious, but we still dream about the prawn saganaki and pork souvlaki.
